From the creator:
OH MY HEART is a 44-card oracle deck designed to support those navigating grief, emotional transition, high sensitivity, and stages of renewal.
Loss, separation, betrayal โ they cut deep, and the heart rushes to raise defensive walls around itself. But rather than telling a personal story, this deck offers images and words that allow your own story to surface. Each card was created as an invitation to feel without chasing relief, to sit with what aches, and recognize that healing is often slow, and rarely painless.
These cards do not promise answers, but allow space and silence for you to listen. Their imagery blends myth, symbolism, and intuition, introducing archetypes such as the inner child, the dreamer, the wounded healer or the feral protector.
The deck comes with a very unique companion book. Much of it emerged from my own practice in the wake of loss, when I turned to writing as a way to stay close to what hurt. It is a very human urge to find meaning in moments of despair, and relief by laying down on paper what is too painful to say aloud.
These pages are not meant to explain or instruct, but to inspire you when words feel fragile, and to lend a quiet space where nothing needs to be fixed. My intention was to create something for you to sit with and return to, and I hope that in reading it, you will feel seen, held and less alone.
This deck will speak to those who:
- Have loved deeply and lost
- Feel tender in a world that’s too loud
- Sense that grief can be transformative and not something to “get over”
- Are seeking meaning instead of avoiding pain
It honors the heart’s yearning to feel, pause, grow, and open again. Because it is an oracle deck, OH MY HEART is accessible to anyone (first-time oracle card users, and seasoned readers). There is no perfect way to use it. You may:
- Pull a daily card for reflection or grounding
- Sit with it during periods of grief, transition, or creative block
- Use the cards & book as journaling or meditation prompts
- Keep it close during anniversaries, endings, or new beginnings
- Offer it as a supportive tool in therapeutic, spiritual or creative spaces
