Hello! I’m Christine, the owner, manager, packager, poster, and customer-service person for Tarot Grove.
I’m a queer tarot reader and tarot enthusiast. I trained in the Mindful Tarot tradition with Esther Freinkel Tishman. โI am also a trainee counsellor with an interest in how myth and archetype can help us connect to, and make meaning of, our lives.
Last and longest, I have been an academic researcher for the past decade, working to envision just and sustainable ways of structuring our economies and societies so that people and planet can thrive. This has included work on the harms of financialisaton in our health and social care systems.
I set up Tarot Grove with the hopes of turning my passion into my day job, creating a microcosm of the world I want to see, and finding more opportunities to meet like-minded folk who are interested in the same ideas.
